Terms of Service
Draft — last updated 15 July 2026. This page is a starting template and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. Review and update it before relying on it.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the WarinHari Dojo member portal, you agree to these terms. If you are creating or managing an account on behalf of a minor, you agree to these terms on their behalf.
Membership and classes
- Membership plans are billed on a recurring basis as described at sign-up.
- Grading fees are separate from monthly membership fees.
- Attendance, belt rank, and grading records are maintained by instructors and system administrators for training and safety purposes.
Health and safety
Martial arts training carries an inherent risk of physical injury. By participating, you (or your guardian, for minors) confirm that the medical information provided is accurate, and you accept responsibility for informing instructors of any change in health status that may affect safe participation.
Payments
Payments are processed through PayFast. Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically refund amounts already paid, except where required by law.
Account conduct
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used to harass, endanger, or abuse other members or staff.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the portal after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
