Class Schedule
Mon, Wed and Thu are regular training days. Selected Saturdays run a combined self-defence, forms and fitness session — dates announced via WhatsApp and Facebook.

Thursday Sparring — Gear Required
Safety gear is mandatory for all Thursday sparring sessions — no exceptions. Students from Camo Belt and above are eligible to participate in sparring.
Required gear: hand gear, foot gear, helmet with face shield, and chest guard. Budget approximately R3 000. Gear can be ordered through the school — contact Kelly Graham for options and current pricing.
New students are welcome to attend their first Thursday class to observe and get sized before ordering.

Saturday Sessions & High Rank Testings
Saturday sessions are held on selected dates throughout the year. They cover self-defence application, Shimsan form revision and general fitness — suitable for all active members.

Friday High Rank Testings are held periodically for students from Purple Belt onwards. These replace in-class testings for all advanced ranks.

Tuesday — Black Belt & High Rank Only
Tuesday training is by invitation only for students at Brown Belt, Red Belt, Recommended and Black Belt level. This session covers advanced forms, higher-level sparring and mentoring.

New Students — Your First Class
Arrive 10 minutes early in comfortable clothing — no uniform needed for a trial class. Introduce yourself to the instructor; they will guide you through the layout and class etiquette before you start.
No shoes on the mat. Remove footwear at the edge of the training area. After class we'll answer your questions and get you set up with a student card and dobok (uniform) if you'd like to join.
