Every grading requires 30 class credits, attendance during testing week and demonstration of the required form, self-defence and techniques. From Blue Belt onwards all testings are held at High Rank Testings on a Friday evening or Saturday.

Grading Requirements
All testings require 30 class credits earned in class, plus attendance on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday of testing week. From Blue Belt onwards, testings move to High Rank events on a Friday night or Saturday — no longer in class.

Important rules
Grading Rules
Class credits required for every grading. Credits are earned by attending and behaving in class.
Attendance required during testing week for all belt levels.
If a student misses two weeks of class, stripes are re-evaluated and may be removed.
Little Dragon grading fee per testing.
Karate Kid and Adult grading fee per testing.
Board breaking is introduced from Green Belt but only required from Purple Belt onwards. Missing at lower levels does not fail a test.
