Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated 19 September 2026.
What you are paying for
WarinHari membership gives you and your family access to classes and training. Membership is billed as a recurring subscription in South African Rand (ZAR). Grading fees and shop purchases are billed separately. Payments are processed securely by PayFast; we do not store your card details.
Cancelling your membership
- You can cancel your membership subscription at any time from the billing area of your account, or by contacting us.
- Cancelling stops all future billing.
- Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not charge a cancellation fee.
- We do not refund the portion of the current billing period after you cancel, except where a refund is required by law.
When we will refund
- You were charged more than once for the same period, or charged in error.
- You were billed again after cancelling, in which case we refund that charge in full.
- Any other case where a refund is required under the Consumer Protection Act.
Grading fees
Grading fees are paid per grading event. If you pay for a grading and can no longer attend, contact us before the event to arrange a credit toward a future grading or a refund where appropriate.
Shop purchases
Merchandise, apparel, and equipment bought from the WarinHari shop are covered by the shop's own refund, cancellation, and collection policies, shown at checkout on shop.warinhari.online.
How to request a refund or cancel
Email info@warinhari.online or WhatsApp +27 61 221 0856 (Kelly Graham) with your account details and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via PayFast within 5–10 business days of approval.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law.
