Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your personal data from WarinHari Dojo at any time, including if you signed in using Google or Facebook.

To request deletion:

1. Email info@warinhari.online from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Data deletion request".
2. We will confirm receipt and verify your identity before proceeding.
3. We will delete or anonymise your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records (for example, financial records for tax purposes, or safety/indemnity records while you remain enrolled).

If you signed in via Facebook and want to revoke WarinHari's access without a full deletion request, you can also remove the app from Facebook's Business Integrations settings.
